NET Holdings Management Signs Gas Transportation Agreement With Murphy Exploration & Production Company - USA; Will Construct Additional Pipelines In The Eagle Ford Shale

Houston, TX /PRNewswire/ -- A unit of NET Holdings Management, LLC ("NET") announced execution of a long-term, fee based Gas Transportation Agreement with Murphy Exploration & Production Company - USA. The agreement includes a 100,000 acre dedication in the dry gas window of the Eagle Ford Shale.

Eagle Ford Midstream, LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of NET, will build a 110-mile gas pipeline that will initially deliver pipeline-quality gas to Tilden, Texas in McMullen County where it will have interconnects with NET's LaSalle Pipeline and Transco Pipeline. LaSalle Pipeline is a 53-mile, 16" intrastate natural gas pipeline located in McMullen, LaSalle and Frio Counties. LaSalle, completed in 2009, provides the full gas supply requirements for a 200 MW generation facility.

A second phase of the project will add deliveries to interstate and intrastate pipelines located at the Agua Dulce hub in South Texas and will provide producers their choice of multiple natural gas markets.
