Neptune And Clevest Announce Transfer Of FieldNet And ARCS

Neptune Technology Group Inc. ("Neptune") and Clevest Solutions Inc. ("Clevest") announce the transfer of assets relating to FieldNet and Automated Route Control System ("ARCS") solutions. This transaction allows Neptune to focus on its core competence in providing Advanced Metering Infrastructure systems while adding to Clevest's core portfolio of mobile field force management tools in the Utility markets. Clevest will acquire all of the assets required to serve existing FieldNet and ARCS customers.
