Pennine Investigating Opportunities In The Republic Of Albania

Pennine Petroleum Corporation is pleased to announce that the Corporation is utilizing the international experience of its executive officers and advisors to investigate oil and natural gas opportunities in the Republic of Albania.

John Garden, the Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has worked in the Republic of Albania since 2006 drilling horizontal and vertical wells, and was recently invited to engage in preliminary discussions with private and state-controlled companies in Albania, which is located in the Balkans region of Europe, with the intention of participation in the development and exploration of hydrocarbon projects.

“My direct experience in the Republic of Albania has shown that there are many opportunities to participate in the development of Albania’s oil and gas industry,” says Mr. Garden. “The possibility of bringing Canadian expertise to this oil-bearing region of Europe, and sell oil at Brent pricing benchmark with tidewater access to international refineries, makes this opportunity very exciting for Pennine.”

The Corporation will keep all stakeholders informed as to the development of this new frontier.
