About Us

MIOX® Corporation designs and manufactures on-site chemical generation systems that safely and cost effectively generate disinfection products for oil and gas drilling and produced water treatment and distribution. Optional mobile units generate chemicals on site, on demand using simple reagents, increasing worker and community safety by replacing delivered chemicals at the well or production site. Our U.S.-based team develops custom solutions for flowback and produced water treatment with a reliable and effective chemistry that has been used for decades in drinking water applications around the world and is inherently much safer than industry standard biocides.
