Building a high performance Oil & Gas company in the current context requires us to consider what changes are needed to achieve organizational effectiveness and what conditions are required to ensure our people strategies are aligned with business needs. Here in the Middle East that means enhancing workforce planning for business critical roles, developing local leaders faster and more effectively linking people with performance across the region. Last year, 35 companies came together to start this conversation, but it’s clear we need to continue this dialogue by shining a light on the pockets of enlightenment across the region where high performance and organizational effectiveness is being achieved, and examining the conditions required to replicate it. That’s why we are bringing the industry’s HR, OD and business leadership together in June with a mandate to challenge traditional approaches to building high performance local companies. By taking part, you will discover how you can: - Do more with less and ensure your people development activities are adding genuine value by learning from the architect of BP’s global L&D strategy - Develop local leaders faster by learning how the ADNOC group of companies are championing local leadership development in their OPCOs with insights from ADMA - Increase corporate performance by learning from Crescent Petroleum how you can develop a performance culture in the most challenging operating environment - Improve organizational effectiveness by creating a results orientated working environment with insights from Mubadala’s Senior VP of Competence - Link individual performance with corporate objectives by benefiting from the experience of Total’s Chief Strategy Officer in the UAE.
