Global Technology Forum is delighted to return to Brussels for the 5th ERTC Energy Efficiency conference. Energy efficiency initiatives are in many ways critical to the long term survival of many refiners in OECD countries. Faced with higher energy costs, lower refining margins and CAPEX restrained operating conditions, refiners are seeking innovative ways to remain globally competitive and meet tough new legislation in order to comply with their environmental obligations.
