This year's Southwest Energy Summit will be the 7th annual in the series, and is held each year in the heart of the USA's energy solutions region. Southwest Energy Summit brings together leaders in oil, natural gas, wind, nuclear, solar, infrastructure, and other sectors to objectively explore business & industrial opportunities. Southwest Energy Summit explores innovations, magnitude, supply chain, regional impacts & opportunities, and other issues to assure active pursuit of USA energy independence from USA Southwest resources and markets. With exciting developments in American energy independence throughout the region, Southwest Energy Summit 2015 promises to be a dynamic business & industry networking opportunity. To accommodate the anticipated growth in the number of participants and the magnitude of exhibitor displays and equipment -- we relocated the Southwest Energy Summit in 2014 to the Nolan County Coliseum complex in Sweetwater's 200-acre Newman Park. This was the home of the highly successful Shale Show in October 2013 that featured 200 indoor and outdoor exhibits. For Southwest Energy Summit, we expect about 30 indoor and outdoor exhibits and up to 200 energy & regional leaders. It's across the highway from BNSF's new $40 million Sweetwater Logistics Center industrial rail park. Texas oil production from the Permian Basin and the Eagle Ford will top 3 million barrels per day in 2015 -- with Texas oil reserves now ranked as the USA leader and equivalent to OPEC's #2 ranking. The Cline Shale has been estimated to outrank both the Bakken Shale and the Eagle Ford Shale. $7 Billion worth of electricity transmission line expansions were energized in 2013 to move West Texas wind to metro markets, and another billion dollars of wind energy projects are under active construction across West Texas, North Texas, South Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Substantial expansions are underway in nuclear fuel cycle facilities across Texas and New Mexico. Extensive rail and pipeline expansions are under construction across the region. Prepare for launch -- 2015 will be an intensive business opportunity!
