The density transducers from Anton Paar continuously check the quality and specifications of liquids during production. The transducers work according to the highly accurate U-tube method and transmit measuring signals to the evaluation unit mPDS 1000 or mPDS 2000V3 for automatic conversion into specific gravity, °Brix, % Alcohol, % H2SO4, and many other concentration readings.

The sensors have a very short response time, allowing you to react immediately to the results and save money by preventing out-of-spec products.The measuring results are accurate even when there is fluctuation in the sample temperature.

Different materials are available. There are hygienic 3A models and intriniscally safe "I" models. All our sensors are designed for rough conditions in the process environment. There are no moving parts and the complete system is CIP compatible.
