Fike Is Cool By Nature, But Sales Are Hot

Even with about 400 people working at its headquarters in Blue Springs, Fike Corp. is a relatively quiet area company. That doesn't mean it hasn't been busy.

Fike has recorded record revenue growth in five of the six past years, despite the lousy economy. Chuck Kopoulous, who became CEO in April 2010 after the unexpected death of his predecessor, has put in place a major realignment to help Fike compete globally.
