Back in November 2016, Indonesia's Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources announced that it will allow private investment in refineries as part of a new set of rules and regulations aimed at revitalising the sector. A platform for the Indonesian refining market With this opening up of the refining sector in Indonesia, we realise it is more important than ever to bring together and provide a platform for investors, refiners and technology suppliers from across the globe to meet and set the agenda for the Indonesian refinery market now and for the future.
