PAD I - Pressure Activation Device Within Tubing Or Drill String Datasheet

The PAD-I standard models are constructed using an Inconel 600* rupture disc welded to a 316 Stainless Steel body and support ring. This provides a one-piece, accurate and robust rupture disc assembly that can withstand a operating ratio of up to 90% of the burst pressure. Fike stocks PAD-I units in an extended range of burst pressures up to 20,000 psig to meet the immediate needs of our downhole tool customers. To provide the highest reliability and traceability, each unit is pressure tested prior to shipping and labeled with burst pressure, temperature and part number.
