ACCOL II
ACCOL II includes a set of over 90 preprogrammed software modules which can be combined to form a complete measurement and control strategy for SCADA or automation applications.
Industry-specific modules include the latest AGA 3, 5, 7, 8, ISO 5167 and NX-19 gas-flow calculations; sequencing, timing and pump control for water applications; and PID, batch and sequencing operations for process control. A full math function library provides powerful calculation capability to satisfy the most demanding configurations.
Rather than just register addresses, ACCOL uses "signals" as inputs, outputs, constants and calculated variables. Each signal is a sophisticated data base point which includes a unique name, engineering units and status flags. "Alarm signals" also have four alarm limits, deadbands and priority flags.
Accol Workbench
The Accol Workbench software provides a total programming environment through a set of off-line and on-line configuration programs. Program creation and modification is accomplished on a PC with Bristol Babcock's easy-to-use configuration software. In addition, using any standard text editor, an engineer can quickly perform common functions such as copy and paste, search and replace, and move operations. The on-line tools permit local and remote program and system debugging, diagnostics, performance analysis and file downloading.
