Applied Process Solutions, Inc., based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was formed in August of 1998 as the parent holding company for Maloney Industries Inc. of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Maloney Industries (UK) Ltd. of England, and T. H. Russell Co. of Tulsa, Oklahoma USA. Maloney Industries Inc. and T. H. Russell Co. combine to form Applied Process Solutions, Inc., one of the largest oil and gas process equipment suppliers in the world today. With nearly 500 employees and major operations in Canada, the United States, and the UK, in addition to business offices in Calgary, Tulsa, Houston, London, Beijing, and Mexico City, we offer a broad range of process equipment to onshore and offshore oil and gas customers worldwide.

With the combined experience of our subsidiaries, Maloney Industries, T. H. Russell Co., Burnett & Lewis, Tubefabs, and Wells-Hall, we have completed projects for nearly every major oil and gas company within both US and International markets. Our experience is extensive whether the project is located in remote arctic, desert, or jungle conditions or on an offshore platform. We have completed projects of diverse type and size for more than 400 clients in 40 countries across the globe.
