BCCK Holding Company (BCCK), a leader in engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services, now provides a 225 MMSCFD Recycle Split Vapor (RSV) Cryo Plant, providing 12.5% more capacity than other standard plants on the market.

The larger and more efficient RSV plant replaces 200 MMSCFD skid-based gas separation plants and the new 225 standard serves to lower processors’ cost per MMSCFD on capital spending, while maximizing recoveries and providing better performance than standard gas separation plants.

Jacob Pratt, vice president of sales and business development, BCCK, said, “BCCK has made a significant investment to keep multiple plants in stock. As a result, BCCK sets the new market standard both for achieving maximum recoveries available and providing the most efficient install timelines, all while designed and guaranteed around the customer’s specific gas and not a fixed GPM value.

“From start to finish, the BCCK family of companies offers fully integrated engineering, procurement and construction capabilities to create cost-effective, quality-driven solutions for our customers’ projects,” Pratt concluded.
