Brooks Instrument Showcases Variable Area Meters And Level Measurement For Energy, Oil & Gas Industries At ADIPEC 2012
Meet the team from Brooks’ new Middle Eastern offices at Booth 11050B
Brooks Instrument has been innovating instrumentation for the energy, oil and gas industries with its state-of-the-art continuous level measurement and variable area (VA) flow meters. Brooks will exhibit these instruments and more at ADIPEC 2012 (booth 11050B), November 11-14 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Brooks’ robust magnetic level gauges provide reliable and continuous liquid level measurement for a wide range of fluids, including corrosive and toxic substances, through the use of proven magnetic float technology. Brooks level gauges do not require external power, so plant engineers can continue to monitor material levels despite planned or unplanned power loss. Optional alarms and transmitters are available to permit remote monitoring as well.
The Brooks line of glass tube and metal tube VA meters (rotameters) ensures measurement repeatability, which provides dependable flow monitoring and consistency. External power is not required for operation; therefore, they provide a fail-safe flow indication under any circumstance. Brooks variable area flow meters can be provided with a variety of wetted materials for high pressure, high temperature conditions, and hazardous locations.
André den Haan, Brooks EMEA sales manager, and Deepak Upadhya, Brooks sales consultant for the Middle East, will be at booth 11050B to answer questions about how Brooks’ level and VA meter technology can best fit into high-pressure and high-temperature energy, oil and gas applications. Both den Haan and Upadyha are part of Brooks’ growing Middle Eastern operations, which will officially open in Damman, Saudi Arabia, by the end of 2012.
