Cameron has supplied countless sets of sucker rods, couplings, and other rod lift components to the European market for over 25 years. Delivering only high-quality, API 11B-certified products, Cameron exceeds customer expectations by executing a zero-tolerance engineering and manufacturing error policy. The same standards of excellence that apply to Cameron well heads and valves apply to its artificial lift equipment. All Cameron sucker rods are manufactured in-house, and are heat-treated and tested for quality assurance at the same facilities.
In addition to proper material selection, the use of rod guides is another way to optimize your well’s performance; and they arrive on location pre-assembled.
The final component of the rod string, a polished rod, is a quick addition to any order, as polished rods are manufactured in-house alongside Cameron’s API- certified sucker rods. Sucker rods are joined together with couplings to create a "rod string." The string can be up to 16,000 feet in length and connects the downhole pump to the production unit at the surface. All sucker rods and corresponding components are manufactured according to API 11B certifications.Sucker rods are used in multiple artificial lift applications, including Rod Lift and Progressive Cavity Pumping.
Joined by either a standard or slim-hole coupling, sucker rod strings are thousands of feet long from end to end. You can choose among several certified materials – depending on both the depth and corrosion level of your well – to best fit your application.
