CAT PUMPS acquires RAM PUMPS

CAT PUMPS is very pleased to announce the acquisition of RAM PUMPS Ltd in the U.K. The addition of these large pumps significantly expands the CAT PUMPS capabilities, increasing the available flow from 75 GPM to 660 GPM and the discharge pressures from 7000 PSI to 18,000 PSI with horsepower requirements up to 1140 HP.

RAM PUMPS has over 30 years of experience building large capacity, quality, high pressure reciprocating pumps and pumping systems for various oil, gas and process applications. Several frame sizes with many individual models can be custom built to meet the specific installation needs. The pumps are available with standard V or timing belt, with the larger capacities using helical and worm design gearboxes, for electric or gas/diesel engine drives. The standard fluid-end construction is stainless steel with Duplex alloy, Hastalloy and Carbon steel alternatives. The pumps are ISO 9001 certified and conform to API 674.
