Communication Ware enables total integration of all communication media – from telephone and fax to Internet and E-commerce – into industry specific software. It can efficiently be deployed as an independent, horizontal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution, which can allow management access to have around-the-clock, company-wide, and location-independent information.
