Cover-All Building Systems Announces $10 Million Expansion

SASKATOON, Sask. - -Cover-All Building Systems has announced an expansion exceeding $10 million, to accommodate the phenomenal growth it is experiencing in the sale of its state-of-the-art, steel-framed, fabric-covered buildings. Since its inception in 1994, the company has experienced an average annual sales growth of over 100%.

The new facilities will be located on 20 acres and will consolidate the steel and fabric manufacturing plants and Cover-All corporate offices from their four current locations. The center will feature a 160' x 360' Cover-All TITAN fabric plant and a 160' x 405' TITAN steel plant, joined together by a 22,000 square foot conventional office complex.

Cover-All currently employs over 280 people, including Design Engineers, nationally certified production staff and computer technologists. The company manufactures several models of buildings in widths of 18' to 200'. Buildings are sold through a network of Dealers from Alaska to Texas, and directly through the Summit Structures division. Cover-All buildings are currently in over 9 countries and are used for everything from dairy freestall barns and soccer facilities to Arctic oil exploration.

The facilities are expected to be fully operational in March of 2001.
