Deep Bed Filters

Filtra-Systems Hydromation Division offers continuous cleaning of oily industrial waste water and oil field produced water with its line of Deep Bed Filters. Hydromation Deep Bed Filters give double the through-put efficiency of conventional deep bed sand or graded mixed-media filters. Under normal operating conditions, the Deep Bed process removes 95-98% of suspended solids, down to 2 microns and 90-95% of insoluble hydrocarbons. As with all Filtra-Systems filters, custom-designed units can be incorporated into your process, with Deep Bed Filters capable of handling flow rates up to 12,000 gpm per unit.
