Electrotek is best known for its expertise in power quality and for solving the "tough problems." As a major contractor for the Electric Power Research Institute, Electrotek has performed and published extensive research on investigation and measurement of power quality. Electrotek employees are actively involved in organizations such as IEEE, CIGRE, CIRED, and IEC, which research the effects of power quality-related phenomena and establish power quality standards.
Electrotek is a leader in international energy efficiency and renewable energy programs and manages the Utility Wind Interest Group (UWIG).
