Environmental Drilling Solutions Announces Launch Of Mobile Auger Cuttings Tank

Environmental Drilling Solutions, (EDS), a leader in solids control, cuttings processing and zero discharge services, has launched its Mobile Auger Cuttings Tank, announced EDS President Chad Hollier.

The Mobile Auger Cuttings Tank was designed with the purpose of creating and fostering a safer, more efficient drilling environment. The use of this tank eliminates the need for personnel, track hoes, backhoes or hydraulic buckets to move cuttings from a tank and carry them to the cuttings drying apparatus or trucks for disposal.

Additional benefits of the Mobile Auger Cuttings Tank include a tank volume of 265 bbl; dual augers driven by separate drive systems allowing the augers to be rotated independently; simplified auger removal for repair or replacement; an adjustable auger hanger system; and boom storage during transportation of the cuttings tank.
