Fauve Intertrade Signs Major Energy Contracts In China

Fauve Intertrade Corporation, led by Chairman/CEO Oscar C. Fields and President Chung Leik Kok, announced recently the signing of two major energy contracts to sell energy products to United China Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. (Beijing Oil & Gas). Fauve Intertrade is a privately held corporation with managing offices in Raleigh, North Carolina; Miami, Florida; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - with offices opening in the Fall of 2009 in Beijing, China; Argentina; and Brazil. The Asian division will be managed by Chung Leik Kok, while the Latin American division will be managed by Antonio Garcia. Fauve Intertrade is a producer and distributor of bio fuels, agricultural commodities and fossil fuels, and specializes in the operation of cargo/passenger charters.

United China Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. (Beijing Oil & Gas), led by Chairman Dongming Yu, is one of the major energy companies in China and controls one of three energy licenses in addition to managing over sixty (60) refineries of various energy products.

The contracts entered into by the two companies call for an estimated sale of $600 Million US Dollars per month for the delivery of energy products to China via its major ports. The contract term is for five years with an option to renew on mutually agreed terms. Fauve Intertrade and United China Petroleum & Chemical Co. estimate the contract will generate $36 billion US Dollars in sales over this period.
