Global Compression Services Names Jack Purvis Director Of Business Development

Global Compression Services (Global), a solutions provider and one-stop shop for natural gas compressor equipment parts and services for operations across the globe, has named Jack Purvis as director of business development.

Purvis will be based at Global’s Midland, Texas facility and will be responsible for managing and growing corporate accounts. He will also be charged with developing new nationwide business opportunities.

Purvis joins Global with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, including the industrial diesel engine business. He previously worked in field sales for Cudd Energy Services and as regional business manager for Deutz Corporation. Purvis holds a degree in entrepreneurship and corporate innovation from Baylor University.
