HB Rentals Inks Contracts For Marcellus And Eagle Ford Projects

The global leader in onsite accommodation, HB Rentals, a Superior Energy Services company, has been awarded a year-long project to provide onshore skid housing and support equipment to a 10-rig package in the Marcellus and Eagle Ford regions, announced Glenn Aguilar, HB Rentals Vice President – Corporate Sales and Marketing.

In addition to accommodations, HB Rentals will provide generators, power distribution, water tanks, sewage units and communication solutions to both locations. The contract is set to complete in July 2013.

“HB Rentals’ standard rental fleet is comprised of both wheel-mounted trailer housing and skid houses. This allowed each rig to design a complete package that works best for their jobsite,” said Aaron Johnson, Regional Sales Manager – Northeast Region.

Cognizant of the diverse environment and site drilling footprints, the Marcellus region was provided with equipment suitable for subzero temperatures on a smaller pad size while the Eagle Ford utilized more spacious and mobile, wheeled units. This project was a joint effort between both sales and operations in Texas and Pennsylvania.
