HENDERSON, a leader in the sales and service of drilling rigs and capital drilling equipment, has been named a 2019 “Small Giant” by Forbes.
The Small Giants Community is a collection of business owners who pillar their respective organizations on the foundation of purpose-driven leadership: having interest in growth and profit, but remaining committed to not sacrificing company culture or purpose to achieve either.
Since 2016, the annual list celebrates businesses that favor greatness over growth. To be eligible for this recognition, companies must be privately owned, at least 10 years old and selected based on factors including community involvement, commitment to staff and industry excellence. While more than 200 companies strive for a spot on the list, only 25 are selected each year; and HENDERSON is the first and only oil and gas company to make the list.
Dan Henderson, founder and CEO, HENDERSON, said, “From our inception building a positive company culture has always been our focus. We are honored and grateful to be named a Small Giant by Forbes. This is one small step for HENDERSON and one giant leap for the oil and gas industry.”
Based in Houston, HENDERSON is the name global drilling contractors trust to sell, source, repair, refurbish, recertify and provide field-service for drilling rigs and equipment. For more information, visit www.hendersonrigs.com.
