R&M Energy Systems is meeting the needs of coalbed methane producers by supplying innovative products that meet application requirements and optimize system performance. The new Hercules CMK Wellhead was developed based upon the needs of producers who use electric submersible pumps in shallow, coalbed methane wells. Its rugged construction makes it ideal for this type of service.
The design of the new Hercules CMK Wellhead is highlighted by a variety of performance-enhancing features including the following:
- Mandrel installation suspension and positive pack-off
- Top-entry cable ports for flat cable sizes up to #2
- Two, 1/2" NPT auxiliary ports
- 7" 8rnd API bottom thread
- 1500 psi working pressure
- 3000 psi test pressure
- 65,000 pound maximum body load
