Imubit Appoints Department Heads To Lead Product, Infrastructure And People

Imubit, the leader of artificial intelligence (AI) process optimization for refiners and chemical operators, has appointed Robin McCaffrey as head of people, Ran Rosin as head of product, and Shlomi Zohar as head of infrastructure.

McCaffrey leads the global human resources (HR) team, attracting, developing and retaining extraordinary talent worldwide and promoting a culture of excellence within Imubit. She brings more than 20 years of global HR experience, having worked for o9 Solutions, Toyota and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Rosin has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the tech industry. Before joining Imubit, Rosin was the director of product management at Imperva, where he initiated and led Imperva’s cloud data security SaaS platform. Prior to that, he was a co-founder and led the product at Nobex Partners, a self-served audio mobile platform with tens of millions of global users.

Zohar joined Imubit with 25 years of experience in senior information technology (IT) leadership positions in global high tech and product organizations. Prior to joining Imubit, he served as the global IT director at Sisense, where he led IT and cyber security throughout the company’s journey from a small startup to a mature leading firm. Zohar also served as the global director of IT and hosting services at Traiana Technologies, where he drove the company through a remarkable transition from a traditional IT infrastructure-based services firm to a fully-automated, cloud-based, redundant and resilient service provider, serving the 50 largest global banks.

McCaffrey holds a degree in business management, Rosin earned an EMBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a degree in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University. Zohar holds a degree in computer science from Tel-Aviv University.
