Industrial High Temperature Cables

399ºC HG-399 Where extreme heat, flames and temperature excursions are primary concern, specify Cable USA HG-399. Each conductor is insulated with a composite insulating system and augmented with a fused PTFE vapor barrier. Available in all sizes.

250ºC TGGT/K Composite insulation system which provides excellent heat resistance, flexibility and abrasion resistance. Insulating materials include PTFE Teflon augmented with a ceramic insulator.
Tough K-Fiber jacket.

200ºC Instrumentation, Control and flexing cables of Silicone rubber insulation/Silicone rubber jackets type SRS without glass braid over inner conductors) or SRGS(with glass braid over each inner conductor). Silicone rubber provides a superior non-melting flexible insulating material for a wide range of operating temperatures -70ºC to +200ºC(250ºC modified Silicone available) SRGK has the addition of an overall braided K-fiber cable jacket for added abrasion resistance. Passes IEEE-383 70,000 BTU/HR Flame Test and UL VW-1.

Teflon/Tefzel Insulated Instrumentation/Control: Cables insulated with Teflon Fluoropolymer are 20-30% smaller in diameter than conventional cables. In addition these cables pass IEEE-383 70,000 BTU Cable Tray Propagation Test and UL VW-1. Cable USA cables insulated with Du Pont Teflon offer an excellent combination of propeties which include: Chemical inertness, excellent dielectric properties, and a wide temperature range -100ºC to +250ºC! Tefzel insulation lends itself to small cable diameters and superior temperature, chemical and abrasion resisting characteristics with a temperature range of -60º to +105ºC.
