The TIDALFLUX 2300, an electromagnetic flowmeter with integrated, patented capacitive level measurement designed specifically for partially filled pipes in municipal and industrial wastewater systems. The meter provides accurate flow measurement in gravity pipelines and sewers by combining non-contact level sensing with electromagnetic flow technology in a closed, obstruction-free design that maintains high accuracy while reducing installation and maintenance costs compared with open channel systems. With diameters up to DN1600/64 inches and accuracy of ±1 percent of measured value, the TIDALFLUX 2300 is well suited for applications such as surface water, combined and separate sewer networks, treatment plant inlet and outlet runs, and industrial effluent or brine transport, including installations in flooded or direct-burial conditions where an optional IP68-rated version can be deployed.

Because the electrodes are not in contact with floating deposits, the flowmeter maintains dependable performance in challenging applications involving wastewater, slurries, and other difficult process media. Standard factory calibration eliminates the need for on-site calibration, while extensive diagnostics and on-site verification with the OPTICHECK service tool simplify maintenance and support long-term measurement confidence.

KROHNE will also highlight its OPTIWAVE 1500 Series radar level transmitters, including the OPTIWAVE 1530 and OPTIWAVE 1560. Designed for solids and liquid applications, the transmitters provide accurate, non-contact level measurement in small to tall silos, narrow tanks, stockpiles, bunkers, and vessels with internal obstructions. Suitable for industries including water and wastewater, metals, minerals, and mining, the OPTIWAVE 1500 Series combines advanced radar technology with a rugged, maintenance-free design.
