Lease File Maintenance:

• Add, change and delete leases.
• All lease data is maintained within this program.

Code File Maintenance:

• User-Defined code maintenance within the standard L/M Classification Parameters listed below. Only valid, user-established codes may be assigned to a lease during a lease add or change routines.

00 – State and County Tables LG – Lease Group IT – Interest Type RR – Rental Responsibility RA – Sec-Tract Range GG – Geographix Co-Ordinates for Lease Mapping Integration to Geographix Land/LeaseMap for Geographic Lease Location Mapping. Classifications and respective codes used throughout the Land Management System are required for the creation of the L/M DataBase. Provides a standardized structure. Allows flexibility through user-defined classification codes. Achieves the best compromise between flexibility and ease of operation.

LS – Lease Status LT – Lease Type RS – Rental Status AT – Acquisition Type DF – Detail File for Note Book Free-Form General Descriptions

Prospect File Maintenance:

• Provides Prospect Master File Maintenance.
• Prospects must be on file before association with any leases.
• The number and name are assigned during entry.
• 10 Lines of Free Form entry allow description of Prospect Intent and Location and Area of Mutual Interest (AMI).
• Prospects may be assigned a budgetary cost allowing comparison of AFE expenditures to actual cost.
