Veolia Water Technologies Closed Circuit Desalination (CCD™) Reverse Osmosis technology relies upon a patented design and operating function to provide longer runs and higher permeate generation than traditional RO technology. Through a closed circuit recycling of brine, the membranes are less susceptible to fouling by water impurities and are able to capture 95-98% permeate, generating waste streams of only 2-5% of influent make-up volumes.
