Network Print Server for Windows

Source: Larson CGM Software
Process big and complex (CGM(+), PIP, PostScript, TIFF, JPEG) on a NT server or workstation.
Graphic intense software applications often output large, complex print files that "stress-out" standard Windows-based print drivers. Adding RAM and disk drivers to printers offer some relief, but often create printing bottlenecks resulting in fewer prints per day.

Larson Network Print Server for Windows solves your printing problems.

Process big and complex (CGM(+), PIP, PostScript, TIFF, JPEG) on a NT server or workstation. This will free up application workstations from the cpu intensive rasterizing process. Just submit your print file to a Hot Directory and return to your application. NPS and Windows print manager handle the printing task. NPS works with Windows Print Manager to manage queue and spoolers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • NT 4.0 SP5 Workstation or Server
  • 133 MHZ or greater
  • 64 MB RAM
  • HPRTL, HPPCL printers and plotters
  • PostScript Printers
