Corpos is an advanced tool for pipeline corrosion management that can be applied for dry or wet gas pipelines as well as mixed fluid production lines. The program is used both in planning and operating phases.

This tool models corrosion along the pipeline, taking into account numerous complex parameters which change with distance or time. It provides a detailed corrosion assessment for the pipeline, showing the corrosion profile and its statistical variation, including probability of pipeline failure. The assessments include quantified uncertainty in crucial factors like flow conditions, water wetting, and inhibitor efficiency to establish both general and localized corrosion. This tool allows identification of areas relevant for monitoring and quantifies risk of corrosion related failures dependent on production parameters.
