Process Service Specialists Names Jolie Culpepper As HR Generalist And Kelie Duhe As Accounts Receiveable

Process Service Specialists (PSS), a turnkey mechanical provider of turnaround solutions to the industrial, petrochemical and energy markets, has named Jolie Culpepper as human resources (HR) generalist and Kelie Duhe as accounts receivable.

Culpepper, who will be based at PSS’s corporate headquarters in Gonzales, Louisiana, joins the company with more than 11 years of experience in HR and business operations. She will be responsible for strategic HR management, employee relations and business compliance. Culpepper previously worked as the director of business operations and HR for Palco Supply, RallyPoint and Transformyx.

Kenny Lawson, president, PSS, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Jolie to the PSS family. She brings a strong background in managing both HR and performance operations. With her expertise in operational management, she will be helping us move to a complete digital HR platform, from applications to onboarding.”

Duhe was promoted to accounts receivable and will be responsible for providing financial management and communication. Through daily account service, she will prepare and send invoices to clients, as well as process incoming payments. Duhe first joined PSS in 2014 and has served in a variety of roles for the company, including HR manager, payroll and office manager.
