From monthly preventive maintenance to the most complex overhaul and reconfiguration, Weatherford Global can keep your units running. We have a service network of 12 locations in key gas producing regions in the U.S. and an international service team. Technicians attend OEM factory schools to be current on the latest technology and techniques. We provide fast response, a variety of maintenance options and optimal runtime, both onshore and offshore.

Among our solutions are:

Preventive maintenance - This monthly program includes a checklist of 35 individual points, as well as package inspections quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

Predictive maintenance - Designed to revive your old packages and keep them running for years. We include scheduled repairs, vibration and pulsation analysis, engine and compressor diagnostics, package conversion and compressor restaging.

H₂S services - Complete range of services for handling sour gas applications with technicians thoroughly trained on safety procedures and personal protective equipment for H₂S.

Environmental services - A variety of services to help you stay in compliance with federal, state and local regulations covering air, water, soil and noise pollution.

Engineering service - Design and technical support, with a staff having more than 100 years cumulative experience in the compression industry. Our services include package design, resizing, recylindering and reconditioning, materials specifications, skid, vessel and piping design and emission monitoring. We work with special design systems including ProEngineer and AutoCAD.

Engine overhauls - Complete engine service including major overhauls, and an engine exchange program for Caterpillar and Waukausha gas engines to save time and money.

Offshore services - Complete spectrum of offshore compression services from package rental to full maintenance and repair.
