RT-Series Riser Tool

The RT-Series riser tool is a hydraulic speed/torque wrench combination, designed for use during make-up or break-out of any flange bolted marine sub-sea riser. With the push of a hand held button, the RT-Series riser tool spins the bolt, then completes the torque to a pre-set limit.

High Speed - Single bolt make-up or break-out in seconds…Reduces operating time and saves money.

Extreme Torque - Torque capacity to 42,000 foot pounds.

Hands Free - Remote hand held push button allows safe hands free operation.

2-1/2" Square Drive - Use with multiple standard size square drive impact sockets. Convert from make-up to break-out and use the same tool for either application.

Reaction Member - Tool reacts inline against the riser body.

360° Swivel Fittings (Patented)- Allow hose movement without hose binding. Stainless steel with fewer moving parts - a great improvement over competitors' delicate design.

Ergonomic - Reduces operator fatigue.

Calibrated - Every tool is tested and calibrated to ± .03 accuracy, traceable to N.I.S.T.
