The RS 2000 screening machine is designed and manufactured to provide liquid/solid separation on many types of fluids. The screening machine offers features for flexibility in handling fluids that constantly change, while maintaining solid's removal.

This machine uses a "Y" sloped possum belly with a side mounted 10" pipe (flanged) slurry entry and a side entry 10" pipe (flanged) for bypass, or dump. The possum belly also uses an 8" butterfly valve mounted on the bottom to help reduce clean out time.

Feeder flaps are used to distribute solids laden fluid over three independent screen panels. Screen panels are multi-layered wire cloth with mesh size ranging from 20 mesh to 250 mesh. Eight stainless steel bolts/brass nuts per screen panel maintains the proper tension. To retain fluids during changes in viscosity and type of solids, a manual jacking system is used. Two counter rotating, unbalanced vibrators generate the forces required for liquid recovery and rapid discharge of dewatered solids.
