Stolt Comex Seaway to Acquire J. Ray McDermott Diving Division

The UK-based, Norwegian oil services provider, Stolt Comex Seaway, will be acquiring the diving division of J. Ray McDermott, based in the US Gulf of Mexico. The acquisition, at an undisclosed cost, is expected to be completed by March.
