Stratagraph Appoints William A. Hagan As President And Chief Executive Officer

Stratagraph, a pioneer in providing mud logging and pressure detection services to the global oil and gas industry, has appointed William A. Hagan as its new president and chief executive officer.

Based in Lafayette, La., Hagan previously held the title of president at Stratagraph, and has performed roles in sales, business development, marketing, operations and mud logging since he began his career with Stratagraph in 1998.

Hagan commented, “For almost 60 years, Stratagraph has been providing reliable and accurate data services, which are crucial to the smooth running of both large and small oil and gas operations. As president and CEO, I am proud to now be at the helm, steering a course of continued growth for Stratagraph both within the U.S. and globally.”

Hagan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in business, from Centenary College of Louisiana. He is a member of a number of regional Geological Societies and is a past president and/or board member of the Lafayette Geological Society, the Gulf Coast Association of Geological Societies, and the Petroleum Club of Lafayette.
