MOSAIC (Modular Subsea And Integrated Completions) is a pre-engineered subsea production system that is not based on modular structures. It is a combination of pre-engineered, standardized components that fit together in a modular fashion.

The system is composed of six basic elements or component families:

  • Position (such as templates and guidebases)
  • Pressure (wellheads, tubing hangers)
  • Distribution (manifolds, flowbases)
  • Access (xmas trees, riser packages)
  • Control (control pods, ROV panels)
  • Connection (jumpers, layaway connectors)

    • This system is suitable for a range of subsea applications such as cluster wells or daisy chains. It can be provided with individual flowbases or as part of a larger template/manifold combination.
