GeoGraphix products are the quickest and easiest solution to manage, interpret, and present your data
Affordable Productivity for the E&P Professional...

GeoGraphix products are the quickest and easiest solution to manage, interpret, and present your data. Analyze your field data, and incorporate your interpretations onto a single map--all on your PC--so you can make quick and accurate decisions. The GeoGraphix Exploration System (GES) is the industry-standard for data management, mapping, and analysis on the PC, and is the only system that can integrate all of your data--well, seismic, production, lease, and cartographic--into a single mapping environment.

Today's successful oil and gas companies require cost-effective tools to evaluate more data in less time. You need tools to make quick and accurate decision--tools that maximize the value of your oil and gas properties while mitigating the risk associated with your exploration, exploitation, and acquisition/divestiture projects.

As a Microsoft Windows application, GES is intuitive and easy to learn. Instant access to your data will streamline your interpretation and evaluation efforts. With thousands of installation worldwide, you can be assured you are making the right choice with GeoGraphix--the leader in PC desktop solutions for the exploration and production industry.

Managing Your Data
With GeoGraphix applications you are not locked into a single data source. Importing data - well, seismic, production, lease, land grid, and culture - into GES couldn't be easier. GES provides you with data loaders for all major commercial data vendors including: PI/Dwight's, Tobin, QC Data, Riley's Petroconsultants, WhiteStar, and industry-standard formats such as UKOOA and SEGP1. Simply select the name of the data vendor/industry-standard format and the file, and GES imports your data. Using GES's Define Conversion, you can import virtually any digital file such as a spreadsheet or database to leverage all of your organization's existing data.

With GES, you'll focus your time on mapping and interpretation, not converting data.

You can also bring data into GES through a digitizer or by manual data entry. Use the Digitize tool, in conjunction with a digitizing tablet to digitize all types of data:

  • well locations
  • log curve data
  • shot point locations
  • time picks from seismic selections
  • contour maps
  • faults

Once digitized, the information becomes part of your GES project and can be analyzed and mapped like any other data. With manual data entry, you simply enter and edit your data - well locations, formation picks, or events - directly into the GES database.

By integrating all of your data within a single system and presenting it on a common map, GES streamlines your efforts and enhances your productivity and profitability. At last...you can use a single system for all your data management, mapping, and interpretation needs.

You can create sophisticated filters to search for wells or seismic data without learning a complex query language. For example, develop a filter to create a subset of wells deeper than 5,000 feet, or another with only those wells operated by one of your competitors. Then create a color-coded basemap of the results. In minutes, you can create customized maps of any data stored in GES.
