Torch Energy Adds Dealmaking Unit

Torch Energy Advisors, provider of upstream outsourcing and energy asset management services to the energy industry, is adding a dealmaking unit to its current operations. Frost W. Cochran has been appointed its Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, and will focus on identifying and pairing merger candidates as well as managing property acquisition and divestiture efforts.
