V-ICISTM is Varco's Integrated Control and Information System, the premier control and information network for drilling operations. V-ICIS integrates control of automated drilling equipment provided by Varco, partner companies, and third parties, as well as drilling information, into a common command and control network based on the Windows NTTM Operating System. Industry standards employed by both the process control industry and the information and drilling industry are used throughout.
