SSI Accounting Systems Well Management Overview Developed, Marketed and Supported by E.B. Archbald & Associates, Inc.

The Well Management System is fully integrated to the General Accounting Modules (GL/AP/AR/PR/FA) and the Oil and Gas Subsidiary Modules (JIB/AFE/RP, etc.). Typically referred to as the Well Management Reporting System, the application controls the function of:

• User-Defined Lifting Cost Code System for Oil and Gas Income and Expense Accounts/Phases.
• User Defined Code System for Well Group Codes used in Multi-Tiered Well Analysis Sort/Select Hierarchy.
• User-defined Code System for Date-Sensitive NoteBook Codes used in Well/Lease Notes and "Tickler File" System.

Oil and Gas Lifting Cost Standards Maintenance promotes Maximum System Flexibility by allowing Individual User to Create and Maintain Company-Specific Files/Tables for use with (described below):

• Oil and Gas AFE/JIB/Well Management Categories
  State/County Specific Revenue-Associated Tax Descriptions/Percentages
  Production Code System for Production Reporting Module
• 30 User-defined Oil and Gas Well Group Codes allow users to assign multiple group codes to wells that can be significantly exploited during Inclusion/Exclusion Selection Routines in the SSI Well Management/Analysis Module. These Group Codes are also used for sorting via the SSI Well Consolidation Module and are critical for Ad Hoc Reporting vi the SSIQ Query Module. • Note Book Codes for Well Master, Well Management & SSIQ Operation that carry effective and closed dates for each Free-Form Code.
