Well Test Burner

EverGreen burner is capable of burning 12,000 b/d oil. It consists of a single head with 12 nozzles, which make use of pneumatic atomization and enhanced air induction. The burner has short flames that fan out radially from the burner head.

The burner operates across a range of conditions and ignites spontaneously even under facing winds. No water injection into the flame is required. A water shield protects the rig from the heat radiation of the flame. The burner utilizes a shuttle valve located within the head that seals the oil line as soon as oil pressure is lost. It is mounted on a 180 degree rotating device.
