Argus Bitumen Trading Asia 2018 is the only bitumen event in Singapore - offering participants the best opportunity to meet with both the sellers and buyers in Asia. Managing the supply chain is important and we have developed many networking opportunities for attendees to do so. We have have co-located the Argus Pavement Technology Asia 2018 - which views bitumen as a specialty product, involving enhanced properties and different branding. For this year's event, we have decided to return to the core focus of addressing bitumen as a commodity. With China's aggressive BRI project that promises new roads, new rail etc, the industry is interested to know how this can potentially lead to actual commercial opportunities to the bitumen industry. Also, the IMO2020 has been discussed at quite a number of events and we aim to develop a tailored angle for the bitumen community on how this will impact bottom of the barrel, in particular bitumen.
