The symposium started in 2011 as a joint workshop between TAKREER RESEARCH CENTRE-TRC, Japan Cooperation Centre Petroleum (JCCP) and Idemitsu Kosan with the main objectives of exchanging knowledge and applying the industry best practices. This collaboration has greatly enhanced the workshop which witnessed tremendous success and become a platform for a large number of catalyst suppliers, technology licensors, solution providers and academic institutions. Building on this success, TRC-JCCP and Idemitsu are pleased to announce the launch of the 7th annual symposium to be held on February 2017 under the theme “Research & Development for a sustainable Refining Industry”.
