The SPE International Hydraulic Fracturing Technology Conference and Exhibition will take place in the Middle East for the first time, showcasing new and existing hydraulic fracturing technologies, using experiences from fracture-stimulated wells, and applying global learnings. This event is critically important to our industry. It builds on the success of the popular SPE Hydraulic Fracturing Technology Conference in the U.S., which has attracted more than 15,500 attendees over the last 10 years.Taking place for the first time in the Middle East, the conference will bring together today's practitioners and end-users, researchers, academia, and governmental agencies to discuss various elements of hydraulic fracturing technology from design to execution and management. Discussions will also focus towards the future and try to assess the opportunities offered by fracturing in our quest for stable energy supplies while identifying the technologies that will need to be developed or improved.
