COURSE OVERVIEW This course helps you by providing the logic behind the theory and gives you a standard procedure for tuning control loops. We discuss the fundamentals of the process control and build up our discussion towards the analysis, understanding, and implementation of complex control systems BENEFITS OF THE TRAINING -Understand the concepts of control systems and control laws: P, PI, & PID -Concrete background about open-loop and closed-loop tuning techniques -Full understanding about the controller action mode and the relation between controller and the control valve -Analyze multi-loop control systems and learn how to minimize the interaction between the loops and loop decoupling -Good understanding of the relation between the process design and control system design -Experience in control system troubleshooting
